Bellinski Recipe

Ingredients My Bar
2 oz (chilled) Champagne
1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz Peach Vodka
3 oz (fresh) Peach

Bellinski Directions
Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur. Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne, and serve.

Serve Bellinski in a Red Wine Glass
