Belle of Ellis Island Recipe

1/2 oz Brandy
1 tsp Cointreau
2 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar

Belle of Ellis Island Directions
Pour the vermouth, brandy, Cointreau, sugar and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
