Applejack Collins Recipe

Ingredients My Bar
2 oz Apple Brandy
1 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice
 Soda Water
4 dashes Orange Bitters
1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar

Applejack Collins Directions
Pour the Applejack brandy, lemon juice, sugar and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled collins glass. Top with soda water, to taste, and serve.

Serve Applejack Collins in a Collins Glass
